Ing. Jewel is a proficient, dependable, and outcome-driven Engineer with a Bachelor of Science degree in Materials Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. He is a professional Engineer affiliated with the Ghana Institution of Engineering. Ing. Jewel excels in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and has practical experience in various areas such as Piping/Pipeline works, Structural works, Welding Inspection, as well as Operations and Maintenance in the Energy and Oil and Gas industry. He is a certified NDT level II Inspector (ASNT) and a certified Welding Inspector (CSWIP 3.1) Level 2. Additionally, he holds certificates in Problem Solving, Lean Foundation Practitioner, Kaizen Practitioner, 5s Practitioner, and Basic First Aid. Beyond his engineering expertise, he is also a dedicated interpreter proficient in American and Ghanaian Sign Language.

Halim is an engineer with the ability to combine both incumbent and contemporary skills in problem-solving. His areas of interest in the Electrical field include High Voltage Engineering and Industrial Control.
Although educated with a Bachelor’s degree focused on Electrical Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in Kumasi, Halim has gathered valuable experience in the Mechanical field over the years, specifically in Power Plant construction, Power Turbine, and plant maintenance.
His experience in these areas along with project management, working with industry players of different specializations, has made him very adaptable and cooperative in all environments.
He is also a member of the engineering professional body in the country, the Ghana Institution of Engineering (PE-GHIE).

Evelyn, has over a decade experience in the Oil and Gas Industry. As an astute Administrator, she managed the diverse stakeholders during Ameri Power Plant Project at Aboadze Power Enclave. She was an integral part in the successful Operations and Maintenance of the plant from year 2015 to 2023.
Evelyn, has rich experience in human capital management, recruitment and selection, new employee orientation and retention, training and development programme. She also developed key administrative policies and procedures for the business unit to operate efficiently. Aside the development of strong relationships with cross-functional teams and departments, She gathered information on industry trends for management decision-making activities.

Experienced Health and Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) Management systems professional with recognised tertiary qualifications and extensive industry experience across a range of industries including (in alphabetical order) construction, mining, and Oil and Gas.
Skilled and certified in ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, NEBOSH, IOSH. Strong quality management professional

Mr. Charles Agbezuhlor is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG). He also holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA).
He has several working experience in the field of Accounting, Auditing, Public Service, Banking, Finance, among others.
He is a self-motivated person but also believes strongly in teamwork. He is passionate about his work and acts objectively and independently to ensure quality, validity and excellence towards the achievement of goals and objectives.

A highly motivated, reliable and adaptable Mechanical Construction Engineer with years of experience in the Power Construction and Generation Industry, Oil and Gas Industry and Mining projects with a clear understanding of effective manpower and resource planning, constructability reviews, construction execution planning, scheduling, interdisciplinary work front coordination, work pack and method statement preparation with a view for consistent operational improvement.

William is a Mechanical Engineer with over 25 years of extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in the installation, maintenance and operation of General Electric (GE) Turbines. He worked with GE Energy, Power Services from 1988 to 2008 and held various positions from Field Engineer to Multi-Site Lead Engineer where he managed numerous new unit power plant installations globally to meet corporate guideline in terms of Job Cost productivity, EHS awareness and Customer fulfilment. He has also had training in Six Sigma Quality, Gas Turbine Controls, MK V, Project Manager Workshop, Effective Negotiations and Professional Development Course, NMDC. He holds a BSc. Mechanical Engineering, Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago.

Doreen is a seasoned professional with over 40 years of experience in administration, personnel management and healthcare. She currently serves as Operations Director and ex-officio Board Member of Hasman Technical Services Ltd.Doreen has been a part of Hasman since the Company’s inception.  She oversees the Administrative side of the business and is an integral part of the Commercial and Project Development team.In the recent past, she managed a unit at the prestigious HCA Houston Healthcare, Tomball, Texas, a regional medical center involved in a variety of medical services from surgery, diagnostic imaging and primary stroke center.She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Rush University in Chicago, USA, and a number of Diplomas.

Among his many other duties, Joseph is responsible for business project financial reports. In addition, he is responsible for Inventory Control.  He undertakes weekly and monthly financial risk analysis, including the preparation of project variance analysis reports, highlighting actual out turns in relation to planned activities. He implements rigorous accounting systems and controls to ensure among other things, that costs are properly controlled and are within budget, that only authorized persons are allowed to spend and/or request for payments, and that project assets are safeguarded. He also ensures project cost out turns are regularly updated, working in conjunction with the project director.

A graduate of Accra Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Engineering Degree, Francis plans, coordinates, and manages all business operations at Hasman to help achieve all of our corporate objectives.  He also assists with recruitment and training, as well as evaluating what key investments in equipment, infrastructure and services Hasman should make.  His extensive experience in management makes him a perfect fit for the Hasman team.
