William is a Mechanical Engineer with over 25 years of extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in the installation, maintenance and operation of General Electric (GE) Turbines. Doreen is a seasoned professional with over 40 years of experience in administration, personnel management and healthcare. She currently serves as Operations Director and ex-officio Board Member of Hasman Technical Services Ltd.Doreen has been a part of Hasman since the Company’s inception. She oversees the Administrative side of the business and is an integral part of the Commercial and Project Development team.In the recent past, she managed a unit at the prestigious HCA Houston Healthcare, Tomball, Texas, a regional medical center involved in a variety of medical services from surgery, diagnostic imaging and primary stroke center.She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Rush University in Chicago, USA, and a number of Diplomas.
Among his many other duties, Joseph is responsible for business project financial reports. In addition, he is responsible for Inventory Control. He undertakes weekly and monthly financial risk analysis, including the preparation of project variance analysis reports, highlighting actual out turns in relation to planned activities. He implements rigorous accounting systems and controls to ensure among other things, that costs are properly controlled and are within budget, that only authorized persons are allowed to spend and/or request for payments, and that project assets are safeguarded. He also ensures project cost out turns are regularly updated, working in conjunction with the project director.
